Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During product drops, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Singapore
• 2–5 business days
International
• 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
SouthPop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, SouthPop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
However, SouthPop cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
SouthPop is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
