Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Shipping and handling
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping and PayPal transaction fees will be borne by the customer.
- Singapore tracked mail: $3.90 per parcel.
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Free Singapore shipping over $90.
- Malaysia & SEA parcels ship from Singapore with tracking.
Return policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days (Singapore only)
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, Deck, etc.) received with the order.
- Items must be unused and unassembled
- Return fees will be borne by the customer.
- No returns on limited edition drop items
How do I return the product?
Only items that have been purchased directly from SouthPop Fingerboard Company can be returned to SouthPop Fingerboard Company. Any products purchased directly through the brand company and stockists must be returned in accordance with their respective return & refund policies.
To return and/or exchange an item, kindly contact us at Southpopfbs@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Picture of the product and all it's accompanying packaging and accessories
What if I received A defected/damaged products?
- Report defects within 48 hours upon product received by the customer.
- Replacement or full refund provided with photo/video proof.

Sale items
- Sale prices cannot be backdated after purchase.
- No returns/refunds for change-of-mind on discounted items.
- Exchanges only if unused.
- DOA coverage still applies
Authenticity
- All products on SouthPop.co are 100% authentic.
- We partner and source directly from official brands and trusted suppliers.
Physical Presence
- SouthPop is online/based in Singapore.
- Future pop-ups or event booths are separate from online operations
