At SouthPop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds.
To request a return, please contact us at info@southpop.co with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Used items
• Opened items
• Custom or special order products

Defects, Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, SouthPop may offer:
• Replacement of the same item
• Exchange for another product
• Store credit
Defect claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to:

Exchanges are only available for defective products.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Fingerboard Product Disclaimer
Fingerboard products are performance items and may naturally wear with use.
Normal wear and tear from riding is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Minor variations in colour, wood grain, finish, or material may occur and are not considered defects.
Wheels and Bearings
Fingerboard wheels are precision components designed for performance.
The following are not considered defects:
• Normal wear from riding
• Dirt or debris affecting wheel spin
• Minor bearing noise after use
• Reduced spin due to truck tightness
• Cosmetic marks from riding
Wheel spin time is not an indicator of performance or quality.
Over-tightening wheel nuts may reduce spin or cause binding. SouthPop is not responsible for issues caused by overtightening hardware during setup or use.
Any manufacturing defect such as bearing slip must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Bushings
Bushings are soft tuning components and may compress, deform, or change shape after use. This is normal wear and not considered a defect.
Grip Tape
Grip tape is a consumable product. Once applied or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Decks
Fingerboard decks are made from real wood veneers, meaning each deck has unique grain patterns and colour variations.
Small cosmetic differences or imperfections that do not affect performance are not considered defects.
Trucks
Fingerboard trucks may require basic setup and tuning, including adjusting kingpins or bushings.
Performance may vary depending on setup, riding style, and surface conditions.
Issues caused by improper setup or over-tightening hardware are not considered defects.
Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing from SouthPop, customers acknowledge that fingerboard products are performance items that naturally wear with use, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
